Paper Statement Fee
Effective December 31, 2023, Fort Worth Community Credit Union will charge $3 for paper statements.
Avoid the fee by enrolling in eStatements
eStatements are free and secure. Receive notifications by text or email when your eStatement is ready. View your current eStatement or past eStatements within Home Banking. Print your own eStatement copy at any time from the convenience of your home.
How does this affect your account?
The $3 paper statement fee is for quarterly and monthly account statements that are printed and mailed to your current address.
The following account types are exempt from the $3 paper statement fee:
- Credit cards - credit card accounts have a separate monthly statement with no fee.
- Account holders 18 years of age and under
- Account holders 70 years of age and older.
When will the $3 paper statement fee be charged?
The paper statement fee will be implemented with the December 31, 2023 statement and charged for each paper statement after that.
The $3 paper statement fee will be withdrawn on the first day of the statement period. The fee will be withdrawn from the checking account first, if not available then the regular share/savings account. For example, for the December 31, 2023, statement, the fee will be withdrawn from the account on January 1, 2024.
eStatements and Other Electronic Notices
Sign up to receive statements, notices and other documents relative to your account electronically for free. eStatements are convenient, secure and eco-friendly. The statements and notices are available in Home Banking. Sign up for eStatements and you’ll receive up to 24 months of account statements and up to 3 months of other electronic notices and documents.
History – All members will have immediate access to account statement history for 24 months, including IRA statements.
Other Documents and Notices – Notices will be available for 3 months. This includes notices such as cd maturity, safe deposit box, year-end tax documents and more.
Notifications – Set up email or text notifications to alert you when new documents are available to view.
Sign Up for eStatements Today
If this is your first time viewing your account statement online, log in to Home Banking, select the Additional Services tab and then click eStatements. You will need to accept the disclosure then your statement and other documents will be available to view.
